Sheer Khurma<\/h2>\n

Meethi Eid refers to meethi seviyan, or sweet vermicelli, which is abundantly produced over Eid. Sheer, also known as sheer khurma, is a delectable milk pudding prepared with vermicelli, milk, dates, and various chunky nuts.
